These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by The Redeemer Painting and any quote requests, communications, or services arranged through this site. By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The Redeemer Painting provides professional painting and related preparation services for residential and commercial properties in the United States. Website content is for general information. A binding work agreement is formed only when we and the customer agree on scope, pricing, and schedule in writing or another form we both accept.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under United States law to request services or submit information through this website on your own behalf or for a business you are authorized to represent.
Quotes are provided based on the information you share and, when needed, an on-site review. A quote is an offer based on the described scope and is not a final invoice if conditions change.
Final pricing may change if the scope changes, hidden damage is found, additional repairs are needed, materials change, access is limited, or site conditions differ from what was described. Material changes will be discussed with you before work continues when practical.
Project dates depend on weather, material availability, prior job completion, and site readiness. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the agreed schedule and to notify you of material delays.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including utilities where needed, and to keep the area reasonably clear so work can be performed safely and efficiently.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you are responsible for:
Payment terms are stated in your quote or work agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due as specified in that agreement. Late or incomplete payment may delay scheduling, pause work, or result in collection of amounts owed under applicable law.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
The website design, text, logos, photos, and other materials are owned by The Redeemer Painting or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use related to evaluating or using our services. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.
THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Project results depend on surface conditions, preparation needs, materials, weather, and other factors. Any warranties for completed work, if provided, will be stated in your project agreement and are separate from these website Terms.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE REDEEMER PAINTING AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT CHANGE ANY SEPARATE LIMITS OR REMEDIES SET OUT IN A SIGNED PROJECT AGREEMENT FOR PAINTING SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Redeemer Painting and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a different dispute process is required by law or agreed in a separate project contract. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
