Homes, storefronts, new construction, and repaints all follow the same order of work. The surface is washed and sanded, repairs are made where they are needed, and a proper prime goes on before the color.
That includes drywall patching, nail holes, cracks, caulking, and knockdown texture when the job calls for it. The finish coat is applied with care so the result looks clean and holds up.
